I have bought a number of ugg boots and clothing at faulconbridge over the last few years as a local business man. About a month ago I bought a pair of ugg slippers and have used them rarely over this time but found the right one became uncomfortable and the sheepskin soled was bunching up. Today I went back to see if it could be fixed or replaced. I showed the bank receipt of purchase and expected some reasonable result but the older of the men ,Gary, was rude said it was normal and i ruined the m because i cut the tag off and was reluctant to do anything and needed to call the boss. he basically said there was nothing wrong and his other staff went and got a replacement which I took gratfully. This man was rude and abnoxious and not the face of this local firm or what it should be. The products are great but we cannot always get the right people to sell them. Not impressed.

They have really done up this store it looks amazing, we do not recommend arriving to the store 10 minutes before closing time! As the older gentle wasn't very pleasant quite grumpy as it was almost closing time

It takes one hell of an impression for me to write a review. A huge shout out to the Martin for his assistance on sending replacement boots even before the returned boot arrived at their warehouse. Will be definitely going back to them for our next purchase!

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent service from the team, quick responses on their FB page and really friendly. We are in lockdown and can’t go up to the mountains to buy in person so we ordered online and got custom made blue mountains coloured boots. Shipped within 3 days and fabulous quality. Thank you!!

The pictures says it all. We were out walking In Wisconsin winter. Trudging through at least 12 inches or 30 cms of snow for 1.5 hr. Our feet were dry and toasty and not tired!! . Thank you for the ugg boots!! But remember to buy only made in Australia UGG!! In the last few years I have bought many pairs of boots , slippers for family and friends both in The USA and Australia. It is always a very loved and well received gift!!
